USCIS has announced on its Visa Bulletin webpage that it will accept adjustment of status applications in February based on the State Department’s Final Action Dates chart. To qualify for filing an employment-based adjustment of the status application next month, foreign nationals must have a priority date earlier than the Final Action Date for their specific preference category and country.
